How Payment Works
Clients are charged after sessions are completed. Payment is processed securely through our platform. The total amount includes the session fee (based on hourly rate and duration) plus optional recording fee ($9). Clients receive an itemized receipt via email after payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for eligible accounts. Payment information is stored securely and encrypted. You can update your payment method anytime in Account Settings.
Session Recording Fees
Session recordings cost an additional $9 per session. This one-time fee covers cloud storage, processing, and 90-day access to the recording. Recordings include both video feeds and screen sharing content, making them valuable for reviewing complex solutions.
Expert Payout Schedule
Experts receive payouts weekly for all completed sessions from the previous week. The platform takes a 15% service fee. For example, a $120 session results in $102 payout to the expert. Payouts are sent via your preferred method (bank transfer or PayPal) configured in your expert dashboard.
