What is FixMyIOT?
FixMyIOT is a platform that connects IoT professionals with experts who can help solve technical challenges. Whether you're working on smart home automation, industrial IoT systems, or embedded device projects, our network of verified experts is here to assist you through live 1-on-1 video sessions.
Creating Your Account
Getting started with FixMyIOT is simple. Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner, enter your email address, and create a secure password. You can also sign up using your Google or GitHub account for faster access. Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
Platform Overview and Navigation
The FixMyIOT platform consists of several key areas: the Expert Directory where you can browse and filter specialists, your Dashboard for managing bookings and sessions, the Help Center for support resources, and your Profile settings. Use the top navigation bar to quickly access these sections at any time.
Setting Up Your Profile
A complete profile helps experts understand your background and technical level. Add a profile photo, describe your experience with IoT projects, and list the technologies you work with. This information helps experts prepare for your sessions and provide more targeted assistance.
